Project description: Developer Mike Seitz of Triple S. Properties Inc. is making headway on his multiyear development plan for Deerbrook Marketplace. With two out of eight lots occupied by Kum & Go and McDonald’s, the next project is a five-bay shopping center. Officials familiar with the project have said Primas Mexican Grill is leasing the endcap to relocate its Ozark restaurant. Torgerson Design Partners LLC is the project architect, with engineering work by CJW Transportation Consultants LLC, Pinnacle Design Consultants LLC and Green Engineering LLC.
