Project description: A former Convoy of Hope warehouse is being renovated into a distribution center for O’Reilly Automotive Inc. In what officials call a first-of-its-kind facility for the company, the warehouse will have a 32,000-square-foot auto parts store inside. Second-story mezzanines within the center will house about a dozen offices and conference rooms. The architect is Buddy Webb & Co. Inc., and engineers are Own Inc., civil and geotechnical; Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; and Smith-Goth Engineers Inc., mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
Fortified Elder Law LLC moved; Weston Kissee, a 17-year employee with St. Louis-based financial services firm Edward Jones, relocated; and Monroe Coffee Co. changed ownership.
