Posted online

O’Reilly Automotive Inc.’s (Nasdaq: ORLY) stock started April with three new all-time highs.

A 52-week stock high of $395.05 on April 2 was followed by $398.07 on April 3. The company’s stock traded as high as $398.41 this morning, according to data collected by Yahoo Finance.

The recent stock highs follow a half-dozen new records for O’Reilly Automotive’s shares hit in February as the company closes in on $10 billion in sales for the first time this year.

The latest stock highs were prompted by the Springfield-based auto parts retailer announcing Monday it would release its first-quarter earnings results on April 24.

The 52-week low for ORLY is $217.64.

Separately, O’Reilly Automotive disclosed in recent U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filings that board Chairman David O’Reilly and board member Larry O’Reilly made large share transactions on March 20.

David O’Reilly made $12.8 million selling 34,000 shares. Larry O’Reilly sold 5,600 shares for $2.1 million, according to separate SEC filings.
