Pediatric services previously spread out at Cox South Hospital and the Turner Center are now housed at a single clinic with the June 15 opening of CoxHealth Pediatric Specialty Center. The newly renovated $2 million, 10,500-square-foot facility is near the Cox South campus at 1011 E. Montclair St. Led by Manager Angie Randall, spokesperson Kaitlyn McConnell said the 13-employee clinic offers a variety of CoxHealth’s 20-plus pediatric specialties, such as developmental medicine, endocrinology, gastroenterology, neurology, sleep medicine and general surgery. Health system officials said Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals at CoxHealth led fundraising for the renovations by Dynamic Construction Systems LLC. With architecture work by Torgerson Design Partners LLC, CoxHealth officials say the design caters to children and features tree houses in the waiting area and murals throughout the building.

Domino’s
Store No. 33 for Domino’s franchisees Art Hurteau and Marty Prather of A&M Pizza Inc. opened July 20 at 1045 Spur Drive in Marshfield. The total project investment was roughly $980,000, Hurteau said, including equipment, franchise fees and signage. Around $820,000 of the cost was for land and construction by Ross Construction Group LLC. The 1,550-square-foot store employs 25, he said. Menu items include made-to-order and specialty pizzas, salads, hot wings, pastas, oven-baked sandwiches and desserts, with prices ranging $7-$19. Hurteau said the Marshfield restaurant marks the first Domino’s in Webster County for A&M Pizza, which operates stores in Missouri, Arkansas, Illinois and Indiana. The new store is the franchisees’ 17th in the southwest Missouri and northwest Arkansas area. He said A&M Pizza also is bringing a Domino’s to Willard later this year and plans to relocate its Republic restaurant to a yet-to-be constructed building.

Croley Insurance & Financial Inc.
A new office for Croley Insurance & Financial Inc. opened July 1 in Mount Vernon at 224 S. Main St. It marks the first office for Croley insurance outside Springfield city limits in its more than 70-year history, said Marketing Director Kelly Stanton. She said the firm is targeting rural, underserved areas of Missouri. Croley Insurance occupies 1,200 square feet of newly renovated space in a building shared with Grey Oak Financial. Stanton declined to disclose lease terms with building owner Justin Patterson of Grey Oak Real Estate LLC. Tiffany Lafferty is manager of the Mount Vernon office, which Stanton said shares staff with the Springfield office until new hires are made.
