BKD LLP promoted Lindsay Kubicek and Jennifer Lender to managers. Kubicek provides tax services in trust, gifts, estate tax and tax preparation to individuals, nonprofits and for-profit entities in a variety of industries. She earned her bachelor’s in accounting from Missouri Southern State University. Lender is a member of the long-term care team and provides consulting services for skilled nursing facilities and review and audit services for long-term care billing clients, along with revenue cycle process reviews. She earned a bachelor’s in humanities from the University of Maryland Global Campus.

Banking and Finance
Mid-Missouri Bank hired Casey Pyle as president of its Republic branch. He has 22 years of banking experience, most recently as BancorpSouth’s executive vice president and senior lender for the Springfield market for eight years.

The Evangel University Alumni Board of Directors honored five alumni during its 2019 homecoming: Karen Best, class of 1981, as Distinguished Alumnus; Dr. Milta Oyola Little, ’02, as Outstanding Young Alumna; Scott McChrystal,’84 and ’13, as the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary Alumnus of the Year; Dan Betzer, ’57, as the Central Bible College Distinguished Alumnus; and Eric Welch,’05, as the CBC Outstanding Young Alumnus.

Health Care
CoxHealth added 12 physicians: Drs. Jason Bailey, urology; Nicholas Bratten and Cliff Ganus, family medicine; Tanna Feldman, psychiatry; Nicholas Madden, radiation oncology; Vincent Manning, emergency medicine; Meghan Patni, cardiology; Vimal Ravi, pulmonology; Cameron Rice, OB-GYN; Grant Scott, vascular surgery; Clairese Webb, pain medicine; and Rebecca Wiley, otolaryngology.

Tomo Drug Testing promoted Angela Garrison to president from vice president of operations, succeeding Alex Haldiman, who now focuses on development and expansion of internal software systems. Garrison previously worked as development director for Safe and Sober for two years before joining Tomo in 2017.

Law
Kutak Rock LLP litigation attorney Michael Textor was named president of the Construction Lawyers Society of America for 2020. His national trial practice involves primarily representing Midwest contractors, engineers, architects and developers. Textor is the fourth president in the history of the CLSA, which is an invitation-only international honorary association of lawyers specializing in construction law and related fields.

Municipal
The city of Branson’s Finance Department received the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award from the Government Finance Officers Association for the fifth consecutive year. The award recognizes state and local governments for high-quality budget documents that serve as policy documents, financial plans, operation guides and communication devices.

Technology
Mostly Serious hired Emily Dunn as an account manager. With a bachelor’s in marketing, advertising and promotion from Missouri State University, she previously worked as an account supervisor and senior account executive for Marlin Network LLC and as a marketing specialist for Pension Consultants Inc.
