Springfield Little Theatre hired Becky Overend for a newly created sales director position. With 20 years of sales experience, she’s responsible for growing underwriting and sponsor support for the theater’s mainstage season, education programs, fundraising events and capital campaigns.

Guaranty Bank promoted Jessica O’Sullivan to assistant vice president from appraisal review officer. She joined the bank in 2008 as a commercial relationship assistant and has nearly 20 years of banking experience, with a bachelor’s in administrative management from Missouri State University.
Greg DeLong, a senior vice president and family wealth adviser with Morgan Stanley, was named to Forbes magazine’s 2020 list of America’s Best-in-State Wealth Advisors for the third year in a row. The ranking is based on in-person and telephone meetings, client retention, industry experience, review of compliance records, firm nominations and quantitative criteria.
Craig Wright, financial adviser at Strategic Financial Concepts Inc., qualified for membership in the 2020 Million Dollar Round Table membership level of Court of the Table. The global independent association is for life insurance and financial service professionals.
Springfield Public Schools named Erica Rosenbaum as principal for Bissett Elementary School, effective July 1 for the 2020-2021 school year. She succeeds the retiring Marcie Stallcup. Rosenbaum is currently SPS’ district learning specialist, coaching teachers on curriculum implementation and instructional strategies.
Dr. Jennifer McNay was named president of Mercy Clinic Springfield Communities. She has worked at the hospital since 1994 and most recently served as vice president of primary care, providing oversight of the emergency room and hospital-based physicians.
CoxHealth promoted Eric Clay to chief security officer and Gisele Bauman to administrative director of operations for CoxHealth at Home. Clay, formerly the system director of public safety, oversees the cybersecurity team under the public safety department in the newly created position. Bauman, previously system director of laboratory services, works with the CoxHealth at Home leadership team to further drive standards, create efficiencies and improve care delivery.
The city of Springfield hired Neil Slagle as director of information systems, succeeding Jeff Coiner who left the role for a position at MSU. Slagle oversees daily operations of 2,500 employees in 22 departments for the city’s nearly 400 software systems. He has 23 years of governmental experience, most recently with the Michigan Department of Technology Management & Budget.
The Missouri Sports Hall of Fame selected its officers for the 2020 Board of Trustees: Chairman Kris Conley, director of retail banking at Great Southern Bank; Vice Chairman Bryan Magers, owner of Bryan Properties; Secretary Dan Nelson, an attorney at Kutak Rock LLP; and Treasurer Craig Curry, owner of Landau Boats in Lebanon.
