Old Missouri Bank hired Callie Carroll as vice president of business development and shareholder relations officer. She previously worked as director of athletics development at Missouri State University, where she earned a master’s in professional studies and sports management, and a bachelor’s in broadcast journalism.

Kathy Lampley returned to Piatchek & Associates as client relations manager. She previously had a seven-year stint as the firm’s office manager and most recently with her husband, Steve, launched a business, K&S Electric. Lampley holds a bachelor’s in management information systems from Ambassador University in Texas.

Education
The Ozark School District named Morgan Kelly as principal of North Elementary and Tom Colvin as assistant principal of Ozark Junior High. Kelly has served as the school’s assistant principal since 2015, and she succeeds the retiring Karen Hood. Kelly has a master’s in educational administration and a doctorate in educational leadership, curriculum and instruction from Evangel University. Colvin has 23 years of experience in education, serving the last five in Ozark. He has a master’s in educational administration from Southwest Baptist University.

College of the Ozarks’ Armstrong McDonald School of Nursing ranked as a Top 5 nursing program in Missouri by RegisteredNursing.org. The ranking system categorizes the nation’s college nursing programs based on the results of The National Council Licensure Examination, as well as tuition cost, average program length and geographical coverage. The C of O nursing graduates last year scored a first-time pass rate of 100%, exceeding the national average of 84%.

Government
Gov. Mike Parson appointed Hollie Elliott, of Fair Grove, to the Coordinating Board for Higher Education and Abigail Pinegar-Rose, of Ozark, to the State Lottery Commission. Elliott has worked as executive director of the Dallas County Economic Development Group since 2017 and previously managed public affairs for the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce. She holds a master’s in administrative studies and agriculture advocacy and a bachelor’s in agricultural communications from MSU. Pinegar-Rose is marketing director for the Pinegar auto dealerships in Republic and Branson. She holds a bachelor’s in communications from MSU.

Health Care
CoxHealth named Alan Butler as system director of public safety and security over its six hospitals and 80 clinics. He has 30 years of experience in health care security, most recently as vice president of health care security over 200 hospitals for Denver-based HSS. With a master’s in criminal justice management from Sam Houston University, Butler has directed security for the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics, Medical City Dallas Hospital and Baylor University Medical Center.

Citizens Memorial Hospital added advanced practice providers Kelsi Yates, Candi Erven and Sheri Stofer. Yates, a nurse practitioner, joined the urology surgical clinic. She holds a master’s in nursing from Maryville University in St. Louis and a bachelor’s in nursing from Southwest Baptist University. At the gastroenterology clinic, Erven, a nurse practitioner, holds a master’s in nursing from University of Missouri-Kansas City and a bachelor’s in nursing from MSU. Stofer, a registered nurse and physician assistant, joined the endocrinology center. She holds a master’s in physician assistant studies from University of North Dakota and a bachelor’s in nursing from Excelsior College in New York.

Mid-West Family Broadcasting hired Makayla Easley as administrative assistant. She previously worked in retail and at CoxHealth handling emergency room patient registration.
