New Dishes on the Block: Four restaurants making a buzz

There are more than 650 active restaurant licenses in the city of Springfield. That’s one eatery for every 250 residents. Nearly two dozen of those are new in 2019 and an additional 14 applications are still in process, according to city license office officials.

The Queen City is known for our love of eating out. These four original concepts are a good reminder why.
