A new apartment complex is now operational near downtown Springfield.
The development, called Spirit of St. Louis Apartments, had an Aug. 6 grand opening at 1310 E. St. Louis St., said Viviana Writer, partner and chief operating officer for project developer Prosperiti Partners LLC.
Writer said rent ranges $850 to $1,805 per month at the 51-unit apartment building. Entrust Property Solutions LLC manages the apartment complex with studio and one-bedroom options.
The property is owned by St Louis Street Studios LLC, a business registered with the Missouri secretary of state's office by Prosperiti Partners President Titus Williams.
"Spirit of St. Louis Apartments is a testament to innovation and modern design by Buxton Kubik Dodd Collective setting a new standard for apartment living in Springfield," development officials said in a news release.
The nearly 30,000-square-foot development was built by HC Rogers Construction Group LLC for undisclosed terms, according to past reporting.
Thai Garden LLC launched; Norman, Oklahoma-based Traffic Engineering Consultants Inc. opened a Springfield office; and mobile app Ozarks Connect got its start.
