Now, we have "Government by Petition." If you disagree with council's decision, just go ahead and let the citizens decide. Although I strongly agree with the right to petition government, this case, coming on the heels of the Galloway case, seems to have strong political overtones. The Hotel of Terror owner has said he's not opposed to selling; he's just posturing to get more for his property.
