KC marketing company reaches deal to sell itself

Kansas City-area marketing company Intouch Group reached a deal to sell to a private equity-backed company.

Chicago-based Eversana is acquiring the health care marketing firm in a reported $950 million deal.

The acquisition is slated to be finalized by year's end.
