Don Chilito’s Mexican Restaurant, a 50-year-old establishment in the Kansas City metro area, is closing.
The restaurant in Mission, Kansas, is slated to shut down Dec. 11.
Barry Cowden, second-generation owner of Don Chilito’s, said it's time for him to close the restaurant his father opened. He intends to sell the property.
