Monett-based financial software company Jack Henry & Associates Inc. (Nasdaq: JKHY) has appointed two new members to its board of directors.
The appointments of Tammy LoCascio and Lisa Nelson became effective on July 22, according to a news release.
"We are pleased to welcome both Tammy and Lisa to our board of directors," said David Foss, Jack Henry executive board chair, in the release. "Tammy brings extensive experience in banking strategy, technology and operations, as well as human capital management. Lisa has expertise in the management of technology companies, in addition to strategic acquisitions and the implementation of growth initiatives.
"We look forward to adding their unique perspectives, skills and expertise."
LoCascio, 55, is senior vice president and chief operating officer of First Horizon Corp., the holding company for First Horizon Bank in Tennessee. Nelson, 61, is president of Equifax Inc.'s international business.
Jack Henry additionally announced the temporary expansion of the board to 10 directors from nine. The expansion is slated to be in place until the company's 2024 annual meeting of stockholders, at which time nine directors are expected to stand for election, according to the release.
A landmark 13-story flour mill, built in 1901 and out of operation since the 1970s, provides a highly visible guidepost to The Table, a restaurant being constructed at its foot near the intersection of Chestnut Expressway and National Avenue.
