Michael Hampton, architect for the project through Arkifex Studios, noted the project includes a clubhouse, fitness center, on-site services and outdoor areas. Positioned in an area that is experiencing a surge in commercial development, just north of West Sunshine Street and west of West Bypass, walking-distance shopping options will include an existing Walmart Supercenter and soon the Sunshine Towne Center, now under construction with a new Target store planned.
