Project description: Florida-based Wall Street Cattle Co. is developing a 30-acre entertainment complex with an event center, restaurant and live cattle sales facility. Dubbed The Exchange at Wall Street, it’ll be home to steakhouse restaurant Day Traders Grill, a 700-person indoor stage, an outdoor amphitheater and multiple dedicated areas for weddings, said Ryan Gartrell, Wall Street Cattle’s chief operations officer. He said the goal for the 1,500-seat amphitheater is to host 12 concerts a year, and the first is on the books for late October. The company, which operates a ranch in Lebanon, only intended to create the sales facility for the company’s seed stock operations in its original project plans, said Gartrell. “But we started listening to what the people in the community were asking for and realized we could provide that,” he said.
