Project description: Miller Commerce and Coryell Collaborative Group are teaming up to build a 32-villa addition to the Tera Vera senior living community off of Jefferson Avenue and Sunset Street. Miller Commerce spokesperson Kelsey Carson said amenities will include a private clubhouse and resort-style pool. Coryell Collaborative’s TLC Properties will manage the property. Carson declined to disclose project costs, but a permit filed with the city recorded an estimated value of $4.8 million. Project officials say there is no lender for the second phase of construction. Phase I, which opened in 2016, cost $7.5 million, according to Springfield Business Journal archives.
