Description: Located in Partnership Industrial Center West, across the street from Vital Farms Inc. and Tank Components LLC, the new Sho-Me Fabrication building will include roughly 4,000 square feet of offices with more than 15,000 square feet of fabrication shop space, according to project officials. The shop will have two 10-ton cranes and two 20-ton cranes, with four 18-by-20-foot overhead doors. Lights will be all LED, and mechanical systems in the shop will include four 175,000-BTU infrared tube heaters and two exhaust fans rated at 15,000 cubic feet per minute. The building is designed to be able to easily double the size of the office space and quadruple the size of the fabrication shop area when the need arises.
Bambinos Cafe is getting a refresh. The goal of the project is to expand the parking lot, dining areas and kitchen of the Phelps Grove neighborhood eatery.
