Project description: My Storage, located a mile and a half west of Kansas Expressway on Battlefield Road, is a modern storage facility being completed in two phases, said Trent Cowherd, registered agent of both Cowherd Construction and Storage Stack LLC. The first phase comprises 400 units across 12 buildings. Some of the buildings will have larger units available to store boats or trailers, Cowherd said. Units will range from 20 square feet to 520 square feet, with rental rates ranging $28-$242 per month. Phase 2 of the project will add 12 buildings, Cowherd said.
