Project description: The financial institution is building an operations center with offices, conference rooms and training areas, and the site also will serve as its fourth full-service branch in Springfield, said Greg Snyder, Multipli Credit Union’s chief financial officer. He said the multistory building is designed with 10,000 square feet to lease and a basement level with underground parking for tenants. A rooftop patio is among the design features. Snyder said the credit union is adding four or five employees to staff the retail branch.
