Project description: Additional warehousing space is going up at Mouery’s Flooring. Co-owner Elisabeth Mouery said the expansion has been in the company’s plans since it built its 14,000-square-foot storefront and warehouse in 2017. Mouery’s Flooring sells carpet, hardwood, vinyl and laminate flooring, according to its website. Mouery declined to disclose the construction costs, but a building permit filed with the city lists an estimated valuation of $1 million. A third addition to the building for more retail space also is planned on the 2.5-acre property though Mouery said a timeline has not yet been identified.
