Project description: Falcon Electric LLC is in expansion mode with a new headquarters outside of Partnership Industrial Center East. The building mainly will be used for warehousing, with 3,200 square feet of offices that owner Ben Bills said also will act as a showroom for clients. The electrical contracting company will be moving from 12,000 square feet of leased space on East Division Street. Bills purchased the four-employee business, formerly Sterling Electric Inc., in 2018. Since then, the staff has grown to over 50 employees and it’s on pace to reach $10 million in revenue this year – a 150% increase from 2019, he said.
Utah-based gourmet cookie chain Crumbl Cookies opened its first Springfield shop; interior design business Branson Upstaging LLC relocated; and Lauren Ashley Dance Center LLC added a second location.
