Project description: Off of North Massey Boulevard in Nixa, CoxHealth is building a “super clinic” to replace a facility just down the road. It’s designed with areas for primary and urgent care, pediatric offices and physical therapy, according to past Springfield Business Journal reporting. A right-in/right-out intersection also is underway to provide access to the clinic. CoxHealth last year purchased 5 acres from the Wasson family, and over a dozen adjacent acres are zoned for commercial development. CoxHealth spokesperson Kaitlyn McConnell said the health care system likely would sell the current clinic building on North Massey Boulevard. CoxHealth also is building a $9 million super clinic in Ozark, which is set to be complete by the end of the year.
