A downtown St. Louis hotel has changed ownership.
The 293-room Holiday Inn St. Louis Downtown sold to Vidhi 8 LLC for $11.5 million. An entity associated with previous owner Iron Point Titan Management was the seller.
Previously Ramada Plaza, the hotel was renovated in 2015 and reopened as a Holiday Inn.
