Coryell Collaborative Group has expanded south with a property acquisition in Texas.

The Springfield-based company is taking over Viceroy at Central Park, formerly Attiva at Central Park, in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. A news release did not disclose the financial terms of the purchase in Grand Prairie, Texas.

“We are thrilled to expand our footprint to the Dallas market and plan on additional growth in the area through acquisitions and development over the next few years,” said Lisa Weaver, chief investment officer at CCG, in the release.

Viceroy at Central Park is a 55-plus community that's roughly 97% occupied.

The acquisition represents plans by CCG to triple its current portfolio of nearly $500 million in assets in the next seven to 10 years, according to the release.

The company's website lists 26 properties in Missouri and Arkansas.

CCG last month broke ground on its mixed-use Heritage project in Springfield.
