Project description: A 137,734-square-foot preengineered metal building addition to an existing 257,000-square-foot building would expand the capabilities of CNH Reman as a joint venture between CNH Industrial and SRC Holdings Corp. The facility will remanufacture engines and parts supporting the Case and New Holland construction and agricultural equipment dealer network. Multiple existing buildings will be demolished to expand manufacturing, warehousing, shipping and receiving capabilities.
