Citizens Memorial Hospital made two director-level appointments.
Michelle Boehne was named administrative director of clinics, and Steven Retherford was rehired by the Bolivar health care system for the role of director of facility design and construction, according to a news release.
Boehne fills a role that previously was held by Michael Calhoun, who is now CEO of CMH, said Tamera Heitz-Peek, director of marketing for the health care system. Retherford's position is new, she added.
Boehne joins CMH from Spring House, Pennsylvania-based The Compliance Team Inc., where she worked for more than two years as an accreditation adviser, according to her LinkedIn profile.
As administrative director of clinics, she oversees rural health and specialty clinics, regulatory compliance for clinics and administrative support for physicians at the facilities, according to the release.
Retherford, who recently had a stint at Facility Design Group LLC in Ozark as a principal and architect, previously worked as director of plant facilities at CMH for six years. In his new position, he oversees internal construction projects and new facility design.
The Republic School District is on track to open its Intermediate School for fifth- and sixth-grade students for the 2025-26 academic year.
