Brandon Wall began his journey in construction at an early age, transforming a passion into a dynamic career grounded in hard work and community commitment. Since joining Nabholz in 2016, Wall has infused his hands-on management style and technical expertise into projects. He started on the project management team, leading the application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for major initiatives. Later, as a manager, he oversaw skilled teams dedicated to meeting clients’ maintenance and specialty service needs. His enthusiasm for leading the Springfield team stems from a commitment to fostering community relationships and supporting the development of others in the industry. As the EVP of Operations based in Springfield, he is focused on expanding Nabholz’ impact across Missouri through client satisfaction, project development, and community relationships.
“Of course, placing concrete, steel erection, framing, and all the finishes are important, but the way we serve our clients in the process also matters a great deal,” Wall said. “There’s no perfect project, so our team has to be able to be nimble and accommodating to serve the needs of our clients — even when it gets hard.”
Since its founding in 1949, Nabholz has evolved from a small construction firm into a multi-service contractor with a strong regional presence, offering a range of services. One project exemplifying Nabholz’ innovative, client-focused approach is the Thunder Ridge Nature Arena. Nestled in the Ozarks, this venue is designed for concerts, rodeos, and large events.
“Thunder Ridge showcases ownership’s vision of blending functionality with natural beauty – and we’re so glad to be a part of it.” he said. “It’s the kind of work that keeps us pushing forward.”
The company’s dedication to alternative delivery methods, including Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) and Design-Build, enables Nabholz to provide flexible and efficient project solutions tailored to meet client needs. Wall stresses how Nabholz’ partnership approach from project inception encourages consistency in the project’s schedule, budget, and meeting client expectations.
“Construction is a collaboration business; you can’t win in this industry by carrying around a big stick.”
Wall earned an associate degree in architectural design from Northwest Arkansas Community College and a Bachelor of Science in construction management from Brigham Young University. He also holds certifications as a CAD professional, ASHE Health Care Construction (HCC) Certificate, and OSHA 30. What Wall appreciates most about Nabholz is its commitment to teamwork, safety, and ethical practices.
“I’ve always connected with the charge that our founder Bob Nabholz gave to the company leadership team decades ago,” Wall shared. “Bob said, ‘If this company ever stops operating with integrity, I want my name taken off the door.’ Though I never met Bob during his lifetime, this still rings true to me — to honor that challenge and expectation.”
Outside of work, Wall enjoys spending time in the Ozarks with his family and exploring the outdoors on the hiking trail, the river, or through photography. When asked about career advice, he shared, “Replace judgment with curiosity.” This simple philosophy has guided his work and relationships. As Wall strengthens Nabholz’ services in Missouri, he is committed to building a legacy of quality and integrity, empowering his team, and creating lasting value for clients and communities across the state.
