Rachel Anderson, Acting Director at The efactory, says one of her former supervisors made every new employee read “The Four Agreements” by Don Miguel Ruiz. “[I] encourage anyone to read that book and I think it helps, not only personally, but definitely in the workplace,” says Anderson. She says if you operate under the agreements outlined in the book, you will increase your understanding, be a better communicator and be more effective.
