Airbnb Inc. (Nasdaq: ABNB) is recognizing a local host as part of its 2022 30 Under 30 awards class.

Kelsey Schoen, 29, operates a listing dubbed, "Decompress & Feel at Home with Little Luxuries," according to a news release. The Airbnb awards honor successful young Superhosts, a recognition for top property renters, who have a high share of five-star reviews.

Schoen's listing has a 4.97 out of 5-star ranking.

“I had space to share and wanted others to be able to experience the area with the fur kids," she said in the release. "Having four dogs of my own, I know it can be hard to find accommodations, so I wanted to give people a safe space for them and their pets.”

The listing is a 1,000-square-foot guest suite with access to a backyard area. It's listed at $68 per night for one guest.

Schoen is the only host in Missouri on Airbnb's 30 Under 30 list this year, according to the release.

Airbnb data show hosts under the age of 30 in Missouri earned more than $1.5 million during the first three months of 2022, compared with roughly $8 million in all of 2021. Nationwide, Airbnb hosts under 30 made $775 million in 2021.
