Tina Pham-Morgan’s career transitioned in late 2024, when she became director of operations at the Alliance for Healthcare Education after nearly seven years at the Foundation for Springfield Public Schools.
Pham-Morgan, 30, was the alliance’s second hire after Executive Director Shallina Goodnight. Pham-Morgan says she’s leaning on her previous experiences in the nonprofit education world in her new position to “foster collaboration between institutions to address regional health care workforce shortages.”
Pham-Morgan says, “Through strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement and project management, I lead efforts to streamline education pathways and create sustainable solutions to critical community challenges.”
Pham-Morgan’s civic work has included The Network Leadership Council, the Association of Fundraising Professionals’ local chapter and Sunrise Rotary.
Best celebrity meeting/sighting story? My cousin Bailey and I were walking on the beach in Turks and Caicos when we noticed a bunch of security at the house next to us. We walked by wondering who was there and then we saw Rihanna just living her best life on vacation, too. We said hello to each other and continued on our walk.
Favorite TV show? “Gilmore Girls.”
Favorite hobby or creative outlet? Spa days.
