YOUR BUSINESS AUTHORITY
Springfield, MO
Few people know the ins and outs of a business like someone who worked his way up from intern to assistant vice president. That experience granted Paul Moody, 39, a sort of X-ray vision – seeing and solving issues before they become problems.
He’s had crucial roles in managing some of ESS’ largest regional clients, including Northwest Arkansas National Airport and the Mercy health care system. Before becoming project manager, he saw the need and took the initiative to act as the de facto account manager for key regional clients, driving successful outcomes while fostering lasting partnerships. Now, as a leader, he prioritizes professional development and fostering a culture of promotion from within.
He volunteers with youth programs as a coach and mentor, teaching young athletes the values of teamwork and leadership.
