YOUR BUSINESS AUTHORITY
Springfield, MO
For Kamryn Hesington, age is just a number. As she moved up the ranks at Gracie’s Bridal LLC while earning a college degree, her many hours of hard work paid off when she purchased Gracie’s at the age of just 22. Now with three years of ownership under her belt, she has intentionally created an environment dedicated to the Springfield community; a place where she wants everyone to feel welcome.
Hesington, 25, is devoted to her staff’s success both professionally and personally and strives to support and connect with other small businesses by building friendships, shopping locally and hosting events to connect with others. Hesington believes that successful businesses are rooted in kindness and generosity, so she works closely to give back to nonprofits like Ronald McDonald House, Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks and Harmony House.
What would shock people about your job? Brides typically find their dress in the first three dresses, and it is often the first one. Even if they try on more, they almost always come back to the first three.
Best celebrity meeting story? I got to meet Randy Fenoli from “Say Yes to the Dress” when I picked up his line! Now I see him twice a year.
Favorite book? “Gather and Give” by Amy Hannon.
