2025 40 Under 40: Hayley Cobb

Leadership Springfield

Posted online

Hayley Cobb, 26, is in the business of creating connections as communications director of Leadership Springfield – whether it be connecting young leaders to programming, launching a new event, managing an organizational campaign or bringing in new membership. She was instrumental in revitalizing the Rosie women’s networking program, launching the 100 Wise Women event and bolstering alumni membership. In less than three years, she’s grown the organization’s social media audience by 50% on Instagram and Facebook and tripled it on LinkedIn.

“As a young professional who has built my career in Springfield, I am dedicated to serving our community with excellence and contributing my best self to its success,” Cobb says. “As communications director at Leadership Springfield, I have leveraged my passion for storytelling, relationship building and leadership to amplify the impact of our work.”
