In 2016, Elizabeth Reger graduated from the same Master of Business Administration program she now oversees as coordinator of Missouri State University’s College of Business graduate programs. She also holds a Doctor in Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Missouri. In her first six years as coordinator from 2016 to 2021, enrollment increased by 53% across all programs. She led the development of the STEM MBA in 2024 and student programs including the Young MBA Panel and the MBA Resume Book. Starting in the fall, Reger, 31, who also teaches, will be an assistant professor in the School of Construction, Design, and Project Management within the College of Business. She is also an editorial board member for the Journal of International Business Research and Practice.

“Guided by core values of authenticity and intentionality, I approach every effort with purpose and dedication,” she says.
