Helping fellow employees unlock their potential is a source of great pride for Craig Millington. In his four years as community president for the Mid-Missouri Bank’s Republic and Willard locations, he has worked to manage and grow every aspect of his branches, whether coordinating marketing efforts, overseeing financial goals and operations, or simply assisting employees in gaining the experience to meet their own professional goals.
He has seen several of his employees flourish after taking time to reevaluate how they can reach their full potential, with Millington beside them. Millington, 37, has served on the Springfield Sertoma board of directors for five out of his 10 years working with them and is frequently involved in many volunteer organizations through his role as community president.
