Project description: Magers Management Co. LLC is creating 20 microapartments above five commercial bays just off the campus of Missouri State University. Shannon Handwerker, the company’s vice president of operations, has said at least one bay is spoken for as Magers Management plans to open an office of its own to be near campus. Project architect is H Design Group LLC, and engineers are Lee Engineering and Associates LLC, civil; Bergmann Engineering Co. LLC, structural; and CJD Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Crews originally targeted completion in September.
