White House aide removed after Melania Trump row

White House Deputy National Security Adviser Mira Ricardel no longer holds her post after a high-profile row with first lady Melania Trump.

The two are said to have feuded during an October tour of Africa.

A White House spokeswoman said Ricardel "departs the White House to transition to a new role within the administration."
