The Weinstein Co. filed for bankruptcy and entered into an arrangement to sell its assets.
An affiliate of Lantern Capital Partners agreed to buy the assets after a failed bid by a group of investors led by former Obama administration official Maria Contreras-Sweet.
Weinstein Co. also announced it's canceling its nondisclosure agreements preventing victims of Harvey Weinstein from speaking out about their experiences.
