Walgreens agrees to pay $683M in opioid case

Walgreens entered a settlement with the state of Florida over a lawsuit alleging the pharmacy chain contributed to the opioid epidemic.

The settlement is valued at $683 million.

Walgreens is not admitting to wrongdoing through the settlement.
