Grooms Office Environments owner Jonathan Garard says don’t act so swiftly on those feelings. His advice: Stick it out and see what’s next.
“That’s not where you learn, that’s not where you grow,” he tells sbjLive.net. “There’s always ups and downs. If you learn to quit when you're down, you’re robbing yourself of personal growth and what that hilltop can look like if you persevere.”
So you should never change jobs? The U.S. Army veteran doesn't go that far.
“If it’s time to move on,” Garard says, “do it in the right way. Do it when you’re up.”
