USPS proposes biggest stamp hike since 1991

The U.S. Postal Service is proposing the largest increase in its first-class forever stamp since 1991.

The board of governors for USPS requested a 5-cent increase, bringing the forever stamp cost up to 55 cents.

The proposal goes before the Postal Regulatory Commission for approval.
