Englewood, Colorado-based TTEC Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEC) is seeking 200 full-time hires at its Springfield call center.
The customer service outsourcing company, formerly known as TeleTech, first hosted a job hiring event Nov. 13 at its 1720 E. Primrose St. center. Two other events are scheduled Nov. 20 and 27, according to a news release.
TTEC is searching for new customer service and sales representatives for its Springfield call center.
The company employed 1,002 people as of July 9, making TTEC the 12th-largest employer in the area, according to Springfield Business Journal’s list of the area’s largest employers. TTEC spokeswoman Olivia Griner this morning said the company’s local employee count is currently around 1,000.
According to the release, TTEC has 49,700 employees companywide operating in six continents.
TTEC last week announced third-quarter net income of $6.7 million, a 57 percent drop from $15.6 million a year earlier, according to a separate release.
TTEC shares were trading at $28.89 as of 10:46 a.m., compared with a 52-week range of $23.01 to $42.30.
