Trump says he's willing to close government to build Mexico wall

During a rally in Phoenix, Arizona, President Donald Trump said he's willing to close the government if necessary to build the Mexico wall.

"Now the obstructionist Democrats would like us not to do it, but believe me if we have to close down our government, we are building that wall," Trump said, adding that "the American people voted for immigration control."

Following the rally, reports surfaced of protests that resulted in smoke bombs and rubber bullets.
