Tesla yesterday announced it named a new board chair to replace Elon Musk.
Robyn Denholm is exiting her role as chief financial officer and head of strategy at Australian telecommunicans firm Telstra to focus on her role as chairwoman of Tesla's board.
Musk was ordered to exit his role as chairman as part of a settlement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission related to his now infamous take-private tweets in August.
