A stormy Thursday led to roughly 2,000 City Utilities customers losing power in Springfield.
CU was busy Friday morning restoring power for the customers.
As of 6:30 a.m., more than 100 customers were left without power. The outages were largely in the James River Freeway and Republic Road area, according to KY3.
