Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt on Wednesday announced his office reached a settlement with Fiat Chrysler and auto parts supplier Bosch.
Missouri is receiving $3.1 million out of the $171 million settlement to 52 jurisdictions.
The settlement follows a nearly two-year investigation into allegations Fiat cheated on emissions tests. Bosch allegedly supplied and helped program the illegal "defeat devices."
