Rolls-Royce to cut 4,600 jobs amid engine problems

British aircraft-engine maker Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC is cutting 4,600 jobs.

Officials cited continuing problems with an engine powering Boeing Co. 787 Dreamliners.

The cuts represent 8.4 percent of the company's 55,000 employees. They'll be made over the next two years.
