Vintage Capital, the owner of 12% of Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, resubmitted a bid to buy the remainder of the company.
Red Robin last month turned down a request by Vintage for a special meeting to talk about a potential acquisition.
The new bid values Red Robin at $519 million. The company has 562 corporate- and franchise-operated restaurants.
