Springfield real estate and development firm, O’Reilly Development Company and professional builder and project management company, Build, LLC, have combined forces and as of April 1, O’Reilly Build, LLC began introductions.
History
O’Reilly Development Company was founded in 2013 by Patrick O’Reilly and Denise Heintz who bring over 30 years of combined experience in the housing development industry, including real estate investment and full development management. O’Reilly Development specializes in historic preservation, senior housing, affordable multifamily and student housing communities.
Ron Barrett, Paula Thompson, and Steve Monsanto founded boutique commercial construction firm Build, LLC, in 2008. With 25 combined years of experience between them, they’ve led Build, LLC, to become a highly efficient firm with a long list of satisfied clients. All three will stay on and become the top executive officers of O’Reilly Build, LLC, with Barrett as Head of Business Development, Thompson as Vice President of Operations, and Monsanto as Vice President of Construction.
This collaboration will combine over 65 years of experience in real estate development and construction experience. O’Reilly Build, LLC, will continue Build’s commitment to being innovators in constructing sustainable, efficient projects that yield a positive bottom-line all while providing a seamless process in the quality and value delivered with every project.
Looking Ahead
O’Reilly Build offers an efficient, yet boutique way of providing commercial construction services. As an experienced professional builder and project management company, O’Reilly Build’s foremost asset is “Value Engineering”, which is defined as the process of thoughtful design married with smart material selection. This disciplined system allows for innovation in constructing projects that are sustainable, efficient, and offer a positive bottom line for project affordability. O’Reilly Build offers skills derived from many different arenas and has harvested the best attributes from each key team member.
O’Reilly Build, O’Reilly Development, and O’Reilly Management Services will all be moving in together at 5051 South National, Suites 4-100 and 4-110 as of June 1, 2017.
While this all may seem like a big shake up, Ron Barrett makes it clear that it’s business as usual. “Clients can still expect personalized, boutique construction services but now we have the added bonus of the experience and integrity people associate with Pat O’Reilly and Denise Heintz,” says Barrett. “It’s also nice to stand back and say I have partners that are smarter than I am,” he says.
