An O’Reilly Automotive Inc. (Nasdaq: ORLY) senior vice president netted $1.2 million in recent trading, according to a filing this week with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Scott Kraus, the Springfield-based auto parts retailer’s senior vice president of real estate and expansion, on June 7 bought and sold 5,000 shares. He utilized the SEC transaction code M, through which executives can execute their rights to buy shares at set rates and sell them at market prices.
Kraus also made $1.2 million in trading last month.
His trade this month is the only one made in June by an O’Reilly Auto executive or board member, according to SEC records.
ORLY shares were trading at $281.52 as of 11:08 a.m., compared with a 52-week range of $169.43 to $287.66.
